Known as the “the king of crime fiction”, Sir Ian Rankin has been writing novels for close to forty years.
His stories about the maverick Edinburgh detective John Rebus have sold more than thirty million copies worldwide and various TV adaptations have been big hits.
The novelist came into the studio to tell us about his new thriller ‘Midnight and Blue” which finds Rebus in an alien environment.
