I took the morning Afrosiyob high-speed train from Samarkand to Bukhara to explore one of the most historic cities in all of Uzbekistan.
Under the blazing summer sun, I wandered through Bukhara’s ancient streets and stunning architecture — a city that feels like stepping into the past. I also had the chance to try what many say is the best Bukhara Plov in Uzbekistan, and it truly lived up to the hype.
