Tokwa or tofu steak recipe
Magandang benepisyo ng tofu o tokwa, kagaya ng anti-aging, lowered cholesterol, at pantulong para bumaba ang timbang.
Ang tofu o tokwa ay magandang alternatibong kapalit ng pagkain ng karne. Tamang tama po ito sa nagbabawas ng timbang.
Ingredients :
Marinated in:
3 tbsp soy sauce
5 pcs. Kalamansi
4pcs. Firm tokwa
1 large white onion
1 small red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 chicken cube
Black pepper (according to your taste)
2 tbsp soy sauce
5 pcs. Kalamansi
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch (dilluted to 1/4 cup water)
Oil for frying
Flour for coating
