From the outside, it's just a big orange self-storage warehouse on the side of Hyde Road in Ardwick.
But knock on, and you'll find something special inside.
A 'man cave that got out of hand', Club 200 was just supposed to be a place where a few old pals could go after work and play a few frames of snooker.
Then they added a kitchen. Then more snooker tables. Then it was pool, darts, card tables, karaoke… now, as well as some exceptional bar room sports, they've got some serious Hong Kong dishes going on too.
Just don't tell everyone about it, right?
