◆Ingredients 材料◆
2 Whole Chicken Thigh 全鸡腿
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
½ tsp Salt 盐
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
1 tbsp Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
1 Egg Yolk 蛋白
1 tbsp Garlic 蒜末
50g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
100g Plain Flour 面粉
120ml Water 清水
120ml White Vinegar 水果醋
100ml Sugar 白糖
2 tbsp Chili Flakes 粗辣椒粉
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic 蒜末
#1 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
#2 tbsp Wate水
