On Board MSC Seashore Day 1

Day 1 on the MSC started the moment we stepped into the terminal, feeling like
VIPs even though we were just trying not to drop our bags. The boarding process
was smooth — almost suspiciously smooth — like the ship was excited for us to
get on and start spending money immediately.

Once we walked up the gangway, the vibe changed fast. The lobby was glowing,
the music was bouncing, and every crew member greeted us like we were long-lost
royalty finally returning home. Captain AL took one look around and declared the
trip officially started — which basically meant everyone was allowed to relax,
laugh too loud, and explore like kids at a theme park.

We wandered the decks checking everything out: the pools, the bars, the lounges,
the spots we knew we’d get lost in later. Every corner had something new, and
every “quick look” turned into a whole detour. By the time we reached our cabin,
we had already planned out half the cruise and forgot half the plan at the same
time.

Sailaway was the perfect ending to the first day — ocean breeze, sun dropping
behind the horizon, and the whole ship cheering like we were leaving for a
season finale. Day 1 set the tone: easy, fun, and exactly the kind of chaos we
signed up for.
