FULL BODY BOXING WORKOUT
• FULL BODY BOXING WORKOUT
This video gives you a full body boxing workout that you can do at home or at the gym. After the warm up each exercise is done for 1 minute between each round on the punching bag. Punching bag rounds are 2 minutes.
COD-COMBO OF THE DAY IS:
While bouncing, throw a right hand, left hook, right hand, one-two, bob, right hand.
WARM UP: Slider lunges while wrapping hands
WARM UP: Jump rope- 10 min.
BENT OVER ROWS- 1 min.
PUNCHING BAG- 2 min.
CHEST PRESS- 1 min.
PUNCHING BAG- 2 min.
OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION- 1 min.
PUNCHING BAG- 2 min.
REVERSE LUNGES- 1 min.
PUNCHING BAG- 2 min.
