Learn how to dice carrots into a small & medium dice! Diced carrots make for a perfect garnish in a salad or any dish where you want a pretty look. I'll show you how to get perfectly even cubes of carrots every time you go to dice! First we'll do the medium dice - 1/2" cuts, and then the small dice - 1/4" cuts. Even if you're a beginner you can do this! It's a great knife skill to know.
