Toxic productivity culture in particular can lead us to feeling so "unproductive" - to the point of feeling guilty when we indulge in our favorite hobbies or relaxation. But should we be feeling so guilty?? Are we really that "unproductive"? Let's dissect the toxic myth of productivity culture and how it isn't all that it's cracked up to be (and actually how it's quite counterproductive).
