Colombian chef Fernando Arevalo returns with an exciting new venture: Latido, which means "heartbeat" in Spanish. It is, indeed, an apt name for his new casual restaurant as it celebrates his Colombian heritage through his signature dishes and curated cocktails. Fans of Arevalo will be glad to know that his signature rye bread is still on the menu, and served alongside dishes like the sopa langosta (his innovative take on the classic Colombian soup aijaco), pinch de corazones (chicken heart skewers dipped in egg yolk), and lechonsita (suckling pig).
