Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Cake:
1 Large egg at room temperature
1/4 cup (45g) Brown sugar
3 Tbsp (45g) Milk at room temperature
3 Tbsp (40g) Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup (30g) All-purpose flour
2 Tbsp (11g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp (4g) Baking powder
A pinch of salt
For the Chocolate Filling:
1 cup (150g) Semi-sweet or milk chocolate
3/4 cup (180g) Heavy cream (microwave 30-40 seconds to bring to room temp)
3 Tbsp (45g) Milk at room temperature
7g (about 2 teaspoons) of Powdered gelatin (unflavored)
For the White Chocolate Filling:
1 + 1/3 cup (200g) White chocolate
1/2 cup (120g) Heavy cream (microwave 30-40 seconds to bring to room temp)
3 Tbsp (45g) Milk at room temperature
7g (about 2 teaspoons) of Powdered gelatin (unflavored)
For the Fillings:
3/4 cup (180g) Heavy cream (cold)
For Decoration:
Whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
