Hey! Sewing lovers welcome to my channel.
Today I show you a very easy and straightforward method for cutting your dream cowl neck dress.
To cut this cowl neck dress I used a Uk size 14 measurements. In the tutorial I used 3 letters to cut 2 dresses.
It is recommended you use soft fabric that drapes well like satin,chiffon,Lycra or jersey material.
If using a stretch fabric please remember to use a size smaller.
To cut your perfect cowl neck dress you should cut the back piece first and make it atleast 2-3 inches longer because of the folding and sewing allowance.
For the full shoulder length folding for the front piece you can use 34/35 cm
The shoulder I used 16 inches( on fold 8 inches)
Place the back piece over the front piece like in the cowl neck dress tutorial video to reshape .
