To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Wipeout 2097 (one of my favourite video games of all time) I decided to rip the soundtrack from the games disc and create a 50 minute DJ Mix 'journey' with all the sound effects and vocals thrown in and layered at various points to create a "20th Anniversary" edition, a lot of effort gone into this one and I really hope you enjoy it, anything that's on that game disc is included somewhere in this mix!

Any fans of the original game will instantly appreciate what's going in within the mix, it's off the wall projects like this that are the most fun as it gives something back and gets the inspiration juices flowing, feel free to share it, download it and post it - believe me when I say it's done by a fan for the fans ;)

A few notes to point out:

*This is the original EU PlayStation game soundtrack, not the official OST which was released commercially, as some tracks in the game never made the OST and vice versa, everything in this mix is from the actual video game disc

*The ending of the mix is slowed down slightly, as 'Tin There' and 'The Third Sequence' both clock in at 150 and 170bpm respectively which as fitting as they are to 1996, are a little too intense for 2016, so I've settled for a respectable (!) 160bpm

*The cover art is a tweaked version of the 1996 original, I did toy with the idea of having a new flashy cover, but thought it much cooler to keep the Designers Republic artwork
