Camporelli is a small craftwork company that since five generations produces the typical Novara’s biscottini. It was born in 1852 in Novara. Its production has a long story, which has its origins in the sixteenth century, when nuns from the city cloisters used to wrap those typical biscuits in order to offer them as a gift to the novarese and roman clergy directly after Easter celebrations.

Camporelli è un’azienda artigiana che ormai da cinque generazioni produce i tipici biscottini di Novara, nata nel lontano 1852, appunto, a Novara. Un prodotto con una lunga storia, che affonda le proprie origini addirittura nel sedicesimo secolo, quando le monache dei conventi cittadini lo confezionavano e portavano in dono al clero novarese e romano in seguito alle feste pasquali.
