Installing the new Brake discs! I originally thought that the old disks were bent or Warped,But they actually were not I'm not actually sure what was wrong with them. I checked in the video as you will see that the old ones are not bent at all, so i'm not sure exactly what was causing the brake lever to pulse like it was but I do have some ideas. I'm thinking it could be bent rims, but who knows at this point. Side note some people call them brake disc some people call them brake rotors. I've always known them as discs.
The first step is just to take the wheel off so you can access the hubs, once the wheel is off you should be able to easily take off the caliper and cover, as shown. Then you can remove the castle nut holding the hub assembly on to the A-arm of the quad. The brake disc is actually attached to the hub assembly, so once its off its a piece of cake to remove the old disc and put on the new one.
My old disc were pretty rough and etched up so it could be another factor as to why my brakes were doing some weird things, if you guys have any ideas as to why please let me know in the comments down below!
