Bought this a month ago from Japan and arrived earlier this week.
Attack Gran Turismo was made in 2001 by NEWs Publishing. It dives into the making of both Gran Turismo 3 and the Gran Turismo Concept project. Features in-depth tutorials for the games, interviews with Yamuachi-san about each development cycle, and more tutorials after that using in-car footage of JGTC and Ebisu track days.
Sadly it doesn't appear that their was any subtitle functionality on the DVD, so if anyone is able to translate Japanese, that would be most helpful to understanding this film a bit better.
Timestamps with the chapters will come in due time.
Music may come after that as many are related to the series.
