This was one of my most emotional rides to date. Everything leading up to the arrival...preparing my vest, donning my medals, riding through the waterfront, riding by the National War Memorial, waiting, anticipating.
I feel privileged to have been present as the remains of this soldier made its way home.
RIP, Sir. Lest we forget...I shall remember them.
