Mental Health Awareness Week with West One 2023

Mental Health Awareness Week is from the 15th - 21st May, and the goal is to raise awareness on mental health and wellbeing. The theme this year is #ToHelpMyAnxiety and some of the West One team came together and answered some questions about the importance of having a plan in place to deal with anxiety and how they cope when they’re feeling anxious.
