By combining a genuine 5-axis universal machining center such as the HEDELUS TILTENTA 7 NEO with a multi-pallet storage system such as the HEDELUS MARATHON SR415, you can exploit untapped potential and automate your production intelligently and efficiently. During the day shift, larger individual parts, plates, shafts or welded assemblies can be produced by skilled workers. Thanks to the heavy-duty machine table, workpieces weighing up to 2500 kg can be processed with ease.

To prepare for automated machining at night and at weekends, an automation table is set up in just a few simple steps using an integrated zero-point clamping system.The MARATHON SR415 pallet storage system positioned at the side has 15 slots for components with a diameter of up to 700 mm, a clamping height of 500 mm and a weight of 470 kg.

Unlike many solutions on the market, the rotary table of the TILTENTA can be moved over completely with the spindle - without having to turn the table. This simplifies programming, makes retraction easier and at the same time improves surface quality and accuracy. With the TILTENTA 7 NEO and the MARATHON SR415, you can rely on maximum flexibility and productivity in one system.
