Panelist:
Bill Forsyth '86 BUS, is a founder and President of Frontier Partners, based in Northbrook, IL. Bill assists institutional investment firms with business development. He earned a finance degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago. A chartered financial analyst since 1991, he previously worked at Brinson Partners. He's a past Chair of the Illinois Alumni Association, is a member of the University of Illinois Foundation, and was a Trustee for Loyola Academy. Bill also founded New Frontiers Foundation, supporting underprivileged youths in Chicago.

Amy Marcoot '05 AHS, is Owner/CEO of the award-winning Marcoot Jersey Farm and Creamery in Greenville, IL, where she also resides. Under Amy's leadership, Marcoot Jersey Creamery grew from a small family dairy farm to a nationally distributed value added company. She serves on the University of Illinois Alumni Association Board of Directors and has been instrumental in the development of several community programs. Amy also holds an education master’s degree in mental health/school counseling from Eastern Illinois University.

Ashley S. H. Moy ’16 ENG, is the CEO of Cast21, a global medical device company that has doubled growth year-over-year under her leadership. Ashley has been invited by government bodies, healthcare Fortune 500 companies, and globally-acclaimed publications to contribute to their policies, forums, and publications on healthcare and innovation around the world. She also serves on several non-profit boards focused on equitable economic development. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys good food, live music, and golf.

Jim Schlueter '80 MEDIA, received his bachelor’s degree in journalism from the College of Media in 1980. After working as a newspaper reporter and editor, Schlueter joined the Boeing Company and retired in 2018 after a 30-year career in communications and public relations that included executive positions in commercial aviation, space and defense programs and technology. A member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors, Jim is also actively involved in the College of Media and the Illini Media Company. He received the 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award from the College of Media.
