For starters her moveset has
1: A double aerial pounce, basically a double air dash but the control is a lot stronger but stiff compared to the others. It doubles as a booty bump like in Sonic the Fighters.
2: A Super Mario style ground pound jump
3: A flutter jump that’s skinned as a marketing balloon for her brand.
So at some point this was a full blown character. The game has gone under major reconstruction so as of now she’s not in the newer versions (as playable) buuuut who knows what the future holds
