3 Cups Warm Water
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tsp Yeast
Ingredients:
1 Large Taiwan Cabbage
3 Stalks Celery
2 Carrots
7 Dry Shiitake Mushrooms
30 Grams Fried Gluten Chunks
1 Hand Full Dry Black Fungus
Spices and Sauces:
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
2 Tbsp Soy Paste,
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
純素水煎包
麵團材料:
8 杯 中筋麵粉
3 杯 溫水
1 杯 糖
3 茶匙 酵母菌
材料:
1 顆 台灣高麗菜
3 梗 西洋芹菜
2 條 紅蘿蔔
7 朵 香菇
30 克 皮絲
