According to a study, nearly 800,000 women worldwide lost their lives in a single year due to illnesses arising from inadequate access to water, basic sanitation, and hygiene, making it the fifth leading cause of death among women.
In our trilogy of films, we shed light on the daily struggles of three women from different age groups, all striving to maintain proper menstrual hygiene despite their desire to do so.
Through our campaign, CARE Hospitals stands in solidarity with women worldwide who confront these challenges daily. In an era marked by progress, it's disheartening that many still lack access to basic necessities.
