Unfortunately, that hasn’t always been the case.

In this video, we’re looking back at 20 games that launched completely broken, where publishers either ignored massive issues or pushed the game out anyway. From server meltdowns and game-breaking bugs to outright unfinished releases, these launches damaged franchises, studios, and player trust.

Some of these games were eventually fixed.
Some never recovered.
And some should’ve never been released in the state they were in.
