Welcome to this relaxing session with slow hand movements and mouth sounds to help you sleep (and, of course, the rain sound in the background to ensure total relaxation and a deep sleep!). Here, I tried to make the movements as gentle and slow as possible because I know many of you love them (just like I do, hahaha). Honestly, I even feel sleepy myself, especially when I place my hands close to the lens. My eyelids get heavier than a rock 😂.
So, let’s go! Here are some of the triggers you’ll find: slow hand movements, face scanning with finger fluttering, hand sounds, mouth sounds like “sh sh” and tongue clicking, personal attention with hand movements near you, spiral, gentle plucking, jellyfish hand movements, click hand movements, wave hand movements, intense visual triggers.
