Part 3 of my Christmas Gifting treats recipes are:-
RICE CRISPY BALLS
30g melted butter
125g marshmallows
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 cups rice crispness
1/2 cup bright coloured sweets
and,,,
PEANUT BUTTER CRISPY BALLS
4 Tblsps Butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 can condensed milk
3 cups rice crispness
Both sticky and gooey to work with but absolutely delicious. So simple to throw together and a different look when plated up.
I'm so happy with all these recipes and will definitely keep them in my recipe book!
