This video is the second part in a three part series on how to make a great helm. The great helm was popular in Medieval Europe during the 13th and 14th centuries. This iconic helmet was often worn over a smaller helmet, known as a "cervelliere". With its simplistic design, the great helm is a wonderful beginner level project for those just starting to learn armour production.
