Rajgira flour (Amaranth flour) – 2 Tbsp
Bhagar flour (Barnyard millet flour) – 1 cup
Sabudana (Sago / Tapioca pearls) – 1/2 cup
Peanut – 2 Tbsp
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Sendha namak (rock salt) – as per taste
Water – as required
Ghee / sesame oil – for roasting
Curd - 2 Tbsp
Coconut Stuffing
Dry Coconut - 1/2 cup
Seeds - Pumpkin, Muskmelon (as per your choice)
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Rajgira Raita
Curd - 1 cup
Pop Rajgira - 2 Tbsp
Crushed peanut - 1 Tbsp
