About us: She's Allie and He's Bailey. We are an active, fit, adventure seeking, fun-loving couple -- riding bikes, training and traveling the country with our pet cat (Ivy). With a combined 40+ years of athletic experience between us (most of which were spent as student athletes or working full time), we know what it takes to stay fit and active, especailly when life gets busy.

In July of 2025, we left our corperate jobs to start our own fitness and nutrition coaching business, KinetiQ. Emphasizing the importance of movement and outdoor physical activity + their impact on mental health and productivity -- we now help other adults in action and adventure sports stay athletic for life.
