Khao Sok National Park is a nature reserve in southern Thailand with dense, untouched jungle, limestone karst formations that resemble towers, and the artificial lake Cheo Lan. Rare species of animals and plants can be found here, including the giant parasitic rafflesia flower, hornbills, gibbons and tigers. The park can be explored by trekking or elephant-riding safari. The Sok River is used by rafts, canoes and kayaks.
