We’re continuing the work we started in the last vlog — clearing green waste, organising the land, and slowly shaping Les Las for winter. Today, we take things a step further and start turning that green waste into gold: preparing new wood storage, chipping branches, and setting aside materials we’ll use in future projects.
In the middle of all this productivity, we also spot something exciting… it’s officially sloe berry season! Which can only mean one thing: time to start planning our homemade sloe gin.
It’s a cozy, satisfying day of transforming what we have, using every part of the land, and making small steps that add up to something beautiful.
