☆ ☾ CONTENT
Here is a summary of my complaints & my suggestions, if you are interested on the negatives and pain points only:
Requests:
Inclusivity & Diversity: We need more inclusive character customization: curly and wavy hair, and more diverse styles. Skin colors need to be a colour wheel. And finally, clothes being gender locked will not be well received either.
Camera shake: The camera movement while skating was excessive and I felt motion sickness at some points. I'm aware the game is still on alpha, but wanted to mention just in case.
Stairs: Improve the stairs so we can skate smoothly. Maybe add small thin ramps in the middle of the town stairs for example.
Being forced to sleep at a certain time (02:00) is always immersion breaking. I think most players are saturated of this feature. Maybe consider increasing the punishment from fainting, but letting people skip nights!

Suggestions (for some of the pain points i've encoutered):
Please separate hair from hats if possible - would be great to mix and match!
Please add more quests that can be completed through the phone (like delphin's aquarium picture quest) gosh that was amazing and such a quality of life improvement!
Would be amazing if we could craft using items from nearby storage chests! This isn't a must, but would be really nice to see.
Time doesn't stop during every menu, so would be nice to be able to see the clock at all times.
Seasonal outfits for NPCs would be so amazing!
Please add a pity limit to the scratch card T_T
Lastly, a complete random idea: I'd love an Onsen area in starsand. Especially a capybara onsen. The natural rocks, water sounds, steam, relaxing traditional environment would be a dream and a perfect match for starsand island! Most games make it super empty or super urban/modern and i just want to have that relaxing experience that i can't have in real life.
