How to inspect and tell if your manifolds and risers need your attention, or to be changed.
Without taking apart:
1/ check for corrosion on the outside
2/ check for leaks around gaskets from the outside
3/ check oil level
4/ check oil color
5/ check temperature
Taken apart:
1/ check water passages
2/ check for signs of corrosion inside exhaust
Tips:
1/ use only high quality risers and manifolds
2/ perform all checks on regular basis
3/ flush as much as you can whenever you can
