No, this mod, unlike Heavy Goes to Hell, is not based on Team Fortress 2, but a mod of that game called Team Fortress 2 Classic, which itself is not to be confused with Team Fortress Classic. Confused yet?
(NOTE: Doesn't work on GZDoom out-of-the-box, as it was designed for Zandronum; to make it work on GZDoom, delete the 'Lockdown' text file (which is centered around a mode based off of Zandronum's Invasion mode and uses unique actors that GZDoom doesn't recognize) and the line in the DECORATE file pointing towards it.)
