Well the plot was kinda mess up. x'D
The story was like this:

Taehyung and Krystal were dating but as time pass by Taehyung doesn't seem to care about Krystal anymore.
He was always with his friends and having fun with them. As you can see they're BTS members and rarely come to meet her. While he was having fun, Krystal was always working and always ask him where is he but he never reply her, she also tried to call him. He just seen her messages. Taehyung came to visit her one day and Krystal argue with him about it, asking if he still care about her when he barely made time for her. Taehyung didn't response, it's not like he stop loving her. His feeling for her is still the same as before but he feel like he can't reach her anymore. She was always hard-working while he always want to have fun with his friends. Since then, Taehyung never bother her anymore. Krystal didn't send any messages to him or call him for a while since she was mad about it. Until she stop mad about it, Krystal decided to give him a call but he didn't pick up and so she decide to left a voicemail instead. She missed him, she still love him even though he seem careless to her right now and never bother to come and see her anymore. They're still dating even though it seem like they're not anymore. She missed the time they've spent together. Taehyung who saw her voicemail and so he listen to it. He feel pain, he also wanted to see her, he also missed her. He also want to go and date with her like before but he doesn't have the courage to face her anymore after the day that they argued. They seem to can't reach each other anymore.
