Most of China’s cities have been expanding from one single commercial center to multiple centers in the outer area. Unlike 30 years ago, wherever we are inhabiting now, it usually takes less than an hour to reach a shopping mall or like. Relative to high efficient development in suburb area, such evolution drives commercial vacuum in city’s center. Then how can we inhabitants plan on our locations for life, work and investment?
