Discovering London by Bus: Bow Church to Peckham Bus Station
Embarking from Bow Church on bus 8, this journey begins with a vibrant ride through Bethnal Green and the artistic streets of Shoreditch, culminating at Liverpool Street Station—a bustling hub of commerce and culture.
At Liverpool Street, I switched to bus 344, weaving through London’s historic heart. The route passed iconic landmarks like Monument, Cannon Street, and the imposing presence of Elephant and Castle, before arriving at the modern energy of Vauxhall Bus Station.
From Vauxhall, I hopped on bus 452, a route that offers glimpses of Nine Elms Station and the evolving urban landscape along Wandsworth Road, finally reaching Clapham Junction, one of London’s busiest transport hubs.
The last leg of the journey was aboard bus 345, taking me through the lively and diverse neighborhoods of Clapham Common, Stockwell, and Brixton, with its iconic market and vibrant street life.
