International Labor Law: Globalization and digitalization have helped move labor law from a national to an international issue. This lecture covers the emerging international rules and practices that provide labor and employment rights to workers around the world.
Charles Szymanski is a visiting professor at the University of Bialystok, Faculty of Law. Originally from the United States, he remains a licensed attorney there. Prof. Szymanski specializes in public international law and labor law. He has taught and given presentations on these and other subjects in over 20 countries.
The lecture is part of the project „Mission 3.0 – Open University” co-funded by the Ministry of Education and Science within the „Social responsibility of science” program.
