On a beautiful, sunny spring day in the heart of Northern Iran’s countryside, we cooked one of the most delicious and authentic Gilani dishes: GAMAG KEBAB 😋🥩

In this episode of our Rural Life documentary, we used Fresh veal, Pomegranate paste and juice, Turmeric, Salt, Pepper, and Aromatic herbs like parsley, Mint, and Fresh garlic—along with Onions and olive oil—to create a flavorful, Traditional stew full of soul and heritage.

Alongside cooking, we cared for the birds around our Rustic cottage and lovingly watered the young Eggplant plants we recently planted.
