The Beatles New Anthology is Here

Hello Everyone and Welcome Back,

This week we're talking Anthology, as finally the new Anthology 4 Vinyl and the CD boxset arrived. Beyond that: this week the full re-mastered and restored Anthology Documentary Series was released in Full HD and 4K on Disney Plus. So in this video we will cover a full unboxing and presentation of the albums, talk a bit about the new mixes as well as mention some of the things I found weird about the re-issued documentary series.

PS: since I realized I forgot to say during the video - overall the series flows very nicely and some of the improvements really help it shine in this new century. I think the highlights might be different for everybody, but for me episode 5 was my favourite (possibly because that showcased the decisive shift in the band's careers and lives). I also loved episode 1 as it did a very good job of representing their beginnings, loved the Shea Stadium part, but what I was most excited to see was episode 9 (which I initially hoped would have brought largely unseen footage).
