What I had to buy....
Foliage - with coupons I paid nothing & white spray paint $5.00
I bought heavy plastic flower pots, spray paint and clay for that, but that's optional.
I had the white duvet cover from last year.
I paid about $8.00 for the costume
about $35 to make the column, which I really didn't even end up using much.
