Cutting acrylic requires the proper use of a special tool that scores the material so it can be cut to size. Here are some tips on how to successfully use the tool and also some safety tips on protecting yourself. In the video I will show you simple straight cuts in an acrylic sheet and also show you how to use a template to create curved cuts as well. If you don't believe this is possible, please watch the video for proof that you can. I made a temporary cover for my custom golf cart with curved edges and headlight cutouts all with a $6 acrylic knife.
