3D Pitoti Scientists' Lab - Innovative way to access prehitoric art

This video presents an innovative archaeological initiative named "3-D Pitoti Project". This project aims to record some Valcamonica rock art site through a futuristic 3-D technology, not only in the proximity of the incisions, but also from above, using a drone for filming the landscape all around. This initiative also led to the creation of an exhibition in Milan (2012), whose catalog is available on our website:
