First week of my fitness era with Flex Your Fit (personal trainer) and somehow I’m already down 4 pounds (shoutout to post-op smoothies and pain meds). I ran my fastest mile ever (under 16 minutes!), survived dental surgery, switched deodorant mid-battle (Degree = game changer), and finally found a high-protein snack that satisfies my crunchy villain soul. Every fit this week was Popflex drip (no nip slips, no booty crack cameos), and this is only the beginning. My goals? A sub-10-minute mile and 10 pull-ups.
