Husqvarna 435X, 435iQ, & 535AWD Automower Not Charging Or Not Staying Docked In Charging Station

In this video we show you a common issue that can cause a Husqvarna 435X, 435iQ, or 535AWD Automower to not charged once parked. What we explain in this video can also cause a charging current supervisor error or no power in charging station error for a 435X, 435iQ, or 535AWD Automower. Many people think that if they do a voltage test and they have voltage coming in through the mower's charging contacts and out to the battery that everything is ok with the mower. This leads them to replace the battery only to find out that the new battery will not charge either. What needs to be checked is continuity in the wires from the mower's charging contacts through to the connector that plugs into the battery. It's always best to test the individual harnesses and then test with the two harnesses connected. In some cases you won't even have to test because when you remove the two wires you will find the connection between the charging contact harness and the battery adapter harness is melted.
