Hi! I’m Asi, and today we’re making a super simple, quick, and creamy air fryer pasta loaded with spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and a rich tomato–cream sauce — all cooked together in one basket!

I start by layering the pasta, vegetables, and garlic directly inside the air fryer tray. Then I pour in hot chicken broth, tomato purée, and cream to create a silky base. After adding black pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and my favorite mixed spices, everything cooks for 25 minutes at 180°C, and I stir the ingredients every 10 minutes to help them cook evenly.

The result? A comforting, saucy, cheesy pasta with tender veggies and deep flavor — all made without boiling anything on the stove. Perfect for busy days, quick lunches, or a cozy dinner!

Nest pasta — 200 g (7 oz)
Spinach — 100 g (3.5 oz)
Mushrooms — 150 g (5.3 oz)
Cherry tomatoes — 150 g (5.3 oz)
Garlic — 4 cloves
Black pepper — to taste
Italian seasoning
Sweet paprika
Mixed seasoning — as desired
Hot chicken broth — 500 ml (17 fl oz)
Tomato purée — 4 tbsp (2 oz / 60 g)
Cream — 4 tbsp (2 oz / 60 g)
Olive oil — 4 tbsp (2 oz / 56 g)
