Dr. Michael McKee, a vascular surgeon accused of fatally shooting his ex-wife Monique Tepe and her husband Spencer, appeared virtually in an Ohio courtroom for his arraignment. McKee, who showed no emotion during the brief hearing, pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated murder and aggravated burglary, with prosecutors alleging the attack was a domestic-violence-related crime involving a silencer.
