(1) The Commissioner selected the Inspector to be a police exchange student in Canada to apprehend criminal Two-Faced Harry. (2) The Inspector is assigned to take the most vicious criminal in the history of France, Mack Le Truck, to Devil's Island, but takes him to the wrong island. (3) The Inspector, while on holiday in Canada, decides to study Canadian prison systems and is assigned to guard vicious criminal Caribou Lou. (4) The Inspector tries to catch international jewel thief, Louie Le Swipe, in London, but the London police tells the Inspector that he must catch the thief without shooting. (5) The Inspector stops by a mansion in Transylvania to ask for directions. The vampire of the mansion schemes to take the Inspector's brain for his latest monster creation.

The Pink Panther is the sly, lanky animated cat created by Friz Freleng and David DePatie. The iconic feline was first created in 1964.
