Mělník is a small town in the Czech Republic. You can get there from Prague, it takes about an hour by train.
The historic city center, which you will walk through in this video, consists of a square, beautiful buildings and a castle belonging to the Lobkowitz family. You can enter the castle together with the tour. Wine making is also practiced here, as there are vineyards on the river slope near the castle. You can buy a bottle of local wine in the castle store.
You can also visit the wine cellar in the castle. There is also a café in the courtyard where you can relax.
Near the castle is located Kostel sv. Petra a Pavla and a tower that can be climbed.
The observation deck and the tower offer a view of the confluence of the Vltava and Elbe rivers.
