Ingredients:
200g/7.05oz cooked rice
a pinch of salt
6-8 thinly sliced beef (I use Beef Loin New York Shabu Shabu slices from Costco)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp cooking sake
1+1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oil(I use olive oil in the video)
**I forgot to mention in the video that when placing the Nikumaki Onigiri in the pan, remember to place the sealing side down first!***
